Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking to take the next step in your career? At 3-CI Manufacturing Inc., we’re seeking a dedicated individual to help us maintain our high-quality standards. As part of our growing team, you’ll play a crucial role in approving incoming production materials, conducting visual and measurement tests, and ensuring our finished products meet the required specifications.
In this role, your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills will be essential. Experience with ISO practices and procedures will give you an edge. Join us in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This is a full-time position located in Calgary.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating adjustments to the Production Supervisor.
- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
- Complete documentation for the re-work of products if needed.
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Maintain measurement equipment by following operating and maintenance instructions.
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Maintain a high level of organization throughout all aspects of the Quality Control department.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Participate in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes, including ISO 9001:2015.
- Provide quality-related training to staff as needed.
